The Prosperity Blueprint is the repeatable operating model for local prosperity. It covers the digital platform, the Business Association, community engagement, stakeholder participation, operating processes, governance and the Hub model.

It is the model being developed for replication.

Most towns already have good people and organisations. The problem is often that people cannot easily see what exists, who can help, what is needed or how the pieces connect. The Blueprint connects those pieces through the App, Business Association, CPET and Hub (where a suitable base exists).
